Where Climate Meets Sustainability.

Electro Series - Electric Thermal Oil Boiler

Electro Series electric thermal oil boiler operates at high temperatures and low pressure, powered by electricity. Although it operates at low pressure, when equipped with the necessary accessories, it can produce steam, hot water, and hot air for various processes.

The heat transfer oil used in the system can be used for a long time as it does not cause scaling, coking, sediment, or corrosive effects in the boiler. There is no need for a conditioning unit in the heat transfer oil. If requested, Ekotek heating technologies can design portable mobile systems.

Thermal oil is used in thermal oil systems. The heat transfer oils are selected based on the heat load of the system to be used.

As indicated, the Electro Series electric thermal oil boiler operates at high temperatures and low pressure, powered by electricity. These features make it ideal for certain applications.

High Temperature, Low Pressure: These electric boilers can reach high temperatures while operating at low pressure, reducing safety risks. Low pressure also extends the system’s lifespan.

Heat Transfer Oil Usage: The heat transfer oil used in electric thermal oil boilers offers some advantages over water. It is more resistant to scaling, coking, sediment formation, and corrosive effects, resulting in less maintenance and longer service life.

Application Areas: These boilers are typically used in various industrial fields such as textiles, food processing, chemicals, and petrochemicals. They serve as an effective heat source in processes requiring high temperatures.

Energy Efficiency and Environmental Impact: The energy efficiency of electric thermal oil boilers can vary depending on the source of electricity and design. However, since there is no direct combustion process, these boilers are generally considered more environmentally friendly.

Cost and Maintenance: The initial investment and operating costs of electric thermal oil boilers can vary depending on electricity rates and maintenance requirements. However, their low-maintenance design can provide long-term cost advantages.
